A. OPERATIONAL HOURS

  1. Event Operational Hours
    1. Monday – Sunday : 24 hours
  2. Staff Operational Hours
    1. Tuesday : 9 AM – 6 PM (LT)
    2. Wednesday : 9 AM – 8 PM (LT)
    3. Thursday : 10 AM – 8 PM (LT)
    4. Friday, Saturday : 9 AM – 8 PM (LT)
    5. Sunday – Monday : OFF
    6. Public Holiday : OFF
    7. Collective Leave Days : OFF

B. BOOKING REGULATIONS

  1. Tenants are required to survey the venue before making a reservation to see the room layout in person. PIC Creative Space is not responsible for any risks arising from booking without a prior survey.
  2. After the venue survey is conducted, Tenant must periodically check the room’s availability, desired date, and time through the website https://piccreativespace.id. This check must be done regularly, as the schedule is open to the public and may change at any time if another tenant makes a booking.
  3. If the tenant has agreed to the selected room, available schedule, and PIC Creative Space’s Terms & Conditions, they must immediately proceed with the booking to secure the room before another tenant does.
  4. PIC Creative Space does not apply a down payment (DP) system. The booking process can only be done through the website and must be accompanied by full payment.
  5. Rooms and schedules that have been booked cannot be CANCELED, RESCHEDULED, or REFUNDED for any reason, except in the case of force majeure.
  6. After Tenant completes the booking process through the website, our staff will contact Tenant for a Technical Meeting.

C. VENUE ACCESS & OVERTIME

  1. Tenant can enter the room according to the rental hours booked through the website. For example:
    • If Tenant books on the website from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tenant can only enter the room at 9:00 AM.
    • If Tenant arrives at PIC Creative Space at 8:00 AM but the booked rental time on the website is 9:00 AM, Tenant still needs to wait until the scheduled time to enter the venue.
  2. If the tenant brings vendors or partners such as booth tenants, catering, decoration, photobooth, event organizers, etc., the tenant must inform them that access to the room is only allowed according to the booked rental hours. For example:
    • If a vendor or partner arrives at PIC Creative Space at 08:00 AM, but the booked rental time starts at 09:00 AM, they must wait until the rental time begins before entering the room.
  3. The tenant must complete the event and clear the area before the rental period ends. Overtime charges will be applied immediately if the area is not cleared according to the booked rental time. For example:
    • If the tenant books a room from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, the event must conclude before 6:00 PM, and the area must be cleared by 6:00 PM.
    • Overtime will be charged starting from 18:01 WIB, calculated per hour.
  4. Overtime room charges follow the standard rates for each room (promotions and discounts do not apply), and the overtime fee must be paid before the tenant leaves the venue.
  5. Tenants cannot extend their rental time if there is another event, internal activity, or any other scheduled use of PIC Creative Space after their booked rental period.
  6. For reference, PIC Creative Space provides a 1-hour gap between each event or activity. This break allows the PIC Creative Space team to adjust the room setup, prepare for the next event, or leave the venue if no further events are scheduled.

D. VENUE SURVEY

  1. Tenants, along with their vendors or partners, are required to conduct at least one venue survey to view the room layout and facilities in person. PIC Creative Space is not responsible for any issues arising from room bookings made without a prior venue survey.
  2. Venue surveys can only be conducted during staff operational hours and must be scheduled in advance to avoid conflicts with other activities.
  3. The venue survey duration is 30 minutes, including any delays in arrival by the tenant or their vendors/partners.
  4. During the venue survey, multimedia, lighting, and sound systems may be turned on.
  5. PIC Creative Space reserves the right to refuse a venue survey if the tenant has not scheduled an appointment in advance, especially if their visit coincides with another event, venue survey, or technical meeting of other clients.

E. TECHNICAL MEETING

  1. Tenant is required to conduct one technical meeting with staff from PIC Creative Space and all appointed vendors & partners, such as caterer, photographers, videographers, musicians, manpower, event organisers, and others.
  2. The technical meeting can only be conducted during staff operational hours, and an appointment must be made to avoid conflicts with other activities.
  3. The technical meeting can be conducted in two ways: ONSITE & ONLINE, so Tenant needs to choose one of these methods.
  4. The maximum duration of the technical meeting is 1 hours, including any delays by Tenant in arriving at PIC Creative Space (if onsite) or joining via Zoom meeting (if online).
  5. If the technical meeting is conducted ONSITE, equipment such as multimedia, lighting, and sound systems cannot be turned on.
  6. Please note that a technical meeting is not a rehearsal or run-through. Therefore, internal preparations, run-throughs, and practice sessions outside the scope of the technical discussion are not permitted.
  7. If the tenant and their vendors or partners do not conduct a technical meeting, all risks will be the tenant’s responsibility.
  8. The agreements made during the technical meeting serve as the working reference for all parties involved, including PIC Creative Space, the tenant, and their vendors or partners.
  9. PIC Creative Space is not responsible for any changes made outside of what was agreed upon during the technical meeting.

F. LOADING IN

  1. Loading In Fees and Schedule :
    • Shift 1: 18:00 – 23:00 WIB (5 hours) – IDR 1,500,000 per loading.
    • Shift 2: 23:00 – 04:00 WIB (5 hours) – IDR 1,500,000 per loading.
    • Add-ons or Overtime Loading In: IDR 500,000 per hour.
  2. Shift 1 and Shift 2 loading in will be charged after the event ends on the same day as the loading in.
  3. During the loading in process, the use of AC, multimedia, lighting, and sound system at PIC Creative Space is strictly prohibited.
  4. Lighting and other electrical equipment will be turned on according to the agreed loading in schedule.
  5. The loading in schedule that has been booked cannot be CANCELED / RESCHEDULED / REFUNDED for any reason, except in cases of force majeure.
  6. Once the loading in invoice has been issued and sent to the tenant, it cannot be CANCELED / RESCHEDULED / REFUNDED. Please ensure all loading in requirements are carefully reviewed before the invoice is issued.

G. TAX

  1. PIC Creative Space / PT Pilar Inspirasi Citra is a NON-VAT (Non PKP) company and does not issue Tax Invoices (PPN).
  2. ⁠Tax payment receipts issued or received by PIC Creative Space must be submitted to the tenant no later than the 20th of the following month after the tenant has made the payment.

H. SMOKING, WEAPONS, & DRUGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED

  1. Smoking, vaping, and similar products are strictly prohibited in all areas of PIC Creative Space and the Wisma Staco building.
  2. Carrying, using, or storing sharp weapons is strictly prohibited in all areas of PIC Creative Space and the Wisma Staco building.
  3. Carrying, using, or storing narcotics and other illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all areas of PIC Creative Space and the Wisma Staco building.
  4. The tenant is responsible for informing all parties involved in the event—including participants, committee members, guests, speakers, event organizers, vendors, or business partners—about the “NO SMOKING, NO WEAPONS, & NO DRUGS ALLOWED” policy.
  5. If any individual is found smoking, vaping, or engaging in similar activities within PIC Creative Space, a fine of Rp 500,000 per person will be charged. The tenant holds full responsibility for this penalty, not the individual who violated the rule. Wisma Staco management reserves the right to take action per their policy.
  6. If any individual is found carrying, using, or storing sharp weapons within PIC Creative Space, PIC Creative Space has the right to confiscate the item, and Wisma Staco management reserves the right to take appropriate action.
  7. If any individual is found carrying, using, or storing narcotics or other illegal substances, PIC Creative Space has the right to confiscate the items, and Wisma Staco management reserves the right to take appropriate action.
  8. PIC Creative Space will issue an invoice for the fine, which must be paid before the tenant leaves the venue.
  9. Wisma Staco building provides a designated smoking area at the back of the building (corridor area). All individuals involved in the event must use this designated area for smoking. If anyone is found smoking outside this designated area, Wisma Staco management reserves the right to take action per their policy.

I. CLEANING FEE, F&B

    1. If the tenant orders F&B (catering, buffet, meal boxes, coffee break, buffet snacks, snack boxes, etc.) from PIC Creative Space, the cleaning fee will not be charged.
    2. If the tenant orders F&B (catering, buffet, meal boxes, buffet snacks, snack boxes, etc.) from external vendors, a cleaning fee will be charged as follows:
      • Bringing catering and buffet: Rp 500,000 per room.
      • Bringing meal boxes, buffet snacks, and snack boxes: Rp 300,000 per room.
    3. Food and beverages that are not allowed in PIC Creative Space:
      • Coffee and tea in any form (sachet, bottle, cup, boiler), except from KRÝO CAFÉSTORE.
      • Croissants and cookies, except from KRÝO CAFÉSTORE.
      • The tenant is required to inform all parties involved in the event, including participants, committees, guests, speakers, event organizers, vendors, or other partners, about this “FOOD AND BEVERAGES NOT ALLOWED IN PIC CREATIVE SPACE” policy.
    4. No cleaning fee will be charged if F&B is not consumed inside the room. However, the tenant must inform all parties involved in the event about the regulation: “NO FOOD & BEVERAGES ALLOWED INSIDE THE ROOM, EXCEPT FREE FLOW MINERAL WATER & KRÝO CAFÉSTORE.”
    5. The tenant, along with vendors or other partners, is required to maintain cleanliness throughout PIC Creative Space and the Wisma Staco building environment.

J. RULES & OTHER REGULATIONS 

  1. Preparation or loading in & clear area or loading out are included in the rental hours booked through the website.
  2. The electricity capacity provided by PIC Creative Space is 8,000 WATT (FOV) for tenant use, with no option for additional power supply or generator usage.
  3. Tenants must maintain cleanliness throughout Wisma Staco Building.
  4. It is strictly prohibited to bring, move, or modify any equipment or furniture belonging to PIC Creative Space.
  5. Prohibited Actions :
    • Damaging, nailing, or attaching anything that leaves marks in any area of PIC Creative Space and Wisma Staco Building.
    • Leaving or disposing of banners and flower boards in PIC Creative Space or Wisma Staco Building’s trash bins.
    • Cooking in any area of PIC Creative Space or Wisma Staco Building.
    • Using PIC Creative Space’s name, phone number, and address for personal purposes (such as package or food delivery) without prior notice and agreement with PIC Creative Space.
  6. PIC Creative Space does not allow tenants or their vendors/partners to store any items inside or outside the rented room before or after the booked rental hours.
  7. Tenants, vendors, and partners must comply with the rules and regulations set by PIC Creative Space.

A. JAM OPERASIONAL

B. TATA CARA PEMESANAN
  1. Pihak penyewa wajib melakukan survey venue sebelum booking ruangan untuk melihat langsung layout ruangan. PIC Creative Space tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala risiko yang timbul akibat booking tanpa survey terlebih dahulu.
  2. Setelah survey dilakukan, pihak penyewa wajib mengecek ketersediaan ruangan, tanggal, dan jam yang diinginkan melalui https://piccreativespace.id. Pengecekan harus dilakukan secara berkala karena jadwal bersifat terbuka untuk umum dan dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu apabila ada penyewa lain yang melakukan booking.
  3. Jika pihak penyewa telah menyetujui pilihan ruangan, jadwal yang tersedia, serta Syarat & Ketentuan PIC Creative Space, maka pihak penyewa wajib segera melakukan booking ruangan agar tidak didahului pihak penyewa lainnya.
  4. PIC Creative Space tidak menerapkan sistem Down Payment (DP). Proses booking hanya dapat dilakukan melalui website dan harus disertai pembayaran penuh (full payment).
  5. Ruangan dan jadwal yang sudah di booking tidak dapat DIBATALKAN / DI-RESCHEDULE / DI-REFUND dengan alasan apapun, kecuali jika terjadi keadaan kahar (force majeure).
  6. Setelah pihak penyewa melakukan booking ruangan, staff PIC Creative Space akan menghubungi pihak penyewa untuk menjadwalkan Technical Meeting.
C. AKSES MEMASUKI RUANGAN & OVERTIME RUANGAN
  1. Pihak penyewa dapat memasuki ruangan sesuai dengan jam sewa yang telah di booking melalui website. Sebagai contoh:
    • Jika pihak penyewa melakukan booking ruangan pukul 09.00 – 13.00 WIB, maka pihak penyewa baru bisa memasuki ruangan pukul 09.00 WIB.
    • Jika pihak penyewa sudah tiba di PIC Creative Space dari pukul 07.00 WIB namun jam yang telah di booking adalah pukul 09.00 WIB, maka pihak penyewa harus menunggu sampai waktu memasuki ruangan yang telah disewa tiba.
  2. Jika pihak penyewa membawa vendor atau mitra kerja seperti tenant booth, catering, dekorasi, photobooth, event organizer, dll, pihak penyewa wajib memberitahukan bahwa akses memasuki ruangan bagi vendor atau mitra kerja tersebut hanya diperbolehkan sesuai dengan jam sewa yang telah di booking. Sebagai contoh:
    • Jika vendor atau mitra kerja dari pihak penyewa sudah tiba di PIC Creative Space dari pukul 08.00 WIB namun jam yang telah di booking adalah pukul 09.00 WIB, maka vendor atau mitra kerja tersebut masih harus menunggu hingga jam sewa dimulai untuk memasuki ruangan.
  3. Pihak penyewa wajib menyelesaikan acara dan melakukan clear area sebelum jam sewa berakhir. Biaya overtime akan dikenakan secara langsung apabila clear area belum dilakukan sesuai dengan jam sewa yang telah di booking. Sebagai contoh:
    • Jika pihak penyewa melakukan booking ruangan pukul 15.00 – 18.00 WIB, maka event sudah harus selesai sebelum pukul 18.00 WIB dan area sudah harus clear pukul 18.00 WIB.
    • Overtime akan dihitung dari pukul 18.01 WIB dengan perhitungan per jam.
  4. Biaya overtime ruangan mengikuti harga normal dari tiap ruangan (promo dan discount tidak berlaku), dan biaya overtime wajib dibayarkan sebelum pihak penyewa meninggalkan venue. 
  5. Pihak penyewa tidak dapat melakukan overtime apabila terdapat event lain, kegiatan internal lainnya, dsb. di PIC Creative Space setelah jam sewa yang telah di-booking.
  6. Sebagai informasi, PIC Creative Space menyediakan jeda 1 jam antar setiap event atau kegiatan. Jeda ini dipergunakan oleh tim PIC Creative Space untuk penyesuaian ruangan, persiapan dan istirahat untuk event berikutnya atau meninggalkan PIC Creative Space jika tidak ada event selanjutnya.
D. SURVEY VENUE
  1. Pihak penyewa bersama vendor atau mitra kerja wajib melakukan minimal 1 kali survey venue untuk melihat layout ruangan dan fasilitas tiap ruangan secara langsung. PIC Creative Space tidak bertanggung jawab atas hal-hal yang timbul jika booking ruangan dilakukan tanpa survey venue terlebih dahulu.
  2. Survey venue hanya dapat dilakukan pada jam operasional staff dan wajib membuat janji untuk menghindari bentrokan dengan kegiatan lain.
  3. Durasi survey venue adalah 30 menit, termasuk jika terjadi keterlambatan untuk tiba di PIC Creative Space dari pihak penyewa dan vendor atau mitra kerja lainnya.
  4. Survey venue dapat menyalakan alat yaitu multimedia, lighting dan sound system.
  5. PIC Creative Space berhak menolak survey venue jika pihak penyewa tidak membuat janji terlebih dahulu dengan staff PIC Creative Space, terutama jika kedatangan pihak penyewa berbenturan dengan event lain, survey venue dan technical meeting klien lainnya.
E. TECHNICAL MEETING
  1. Pihak penyewa wajib melakukan 1 kali technical meeting bersama staff PIC Creative Space dan seluruh vendor atau mitra kerja yang terlibat, seperti catering, dekorasi, fotografer, videografer, entertainment, manpower, panitia acara, event organizer, dan pihak lainnya.
  2. Technical meeting hanya dapat dilakukan pada jam operasional staff dan wajib membuat janji untuk menghindari bentrokan dengan kegiatan lain.
  3. Technical meeting dapat dilakukan secara ONSITE atau ONLINE, dan pihak penyewa wajib memilih salah satu opsi tersebut.
  4. Durasi technical meeting adalah 1 jam, termasuk jika ada keterlambatan dari pihak penyewa dan vendor atau mitra kerja untuk tiba di PIC Creative Space (jika onsite) atau keterlambatan bergabung melalui zoom (jika online).
  5. Jika technical meeting dilakukan secara ONSITE, maka alat seperti multimedia, lighting dan sound system tidak dapat dinyalakan.
  6. Mohon diperhatikan bahwa technical meeting bukanlah rehearsal atau gladi resik, sehingga tidak diperbolehkan melakukan persiapan internal, run-through dan latihan di luar pembahasan technical meeting.
  7. Jika pihak penyewa dan vendor atau mitra kerja tidak melakukan technical meeting, maka segala risiko menjadi tanggung jawab dari pihak penyewa.
  8. Hasil kesepakatan dalam technical meeting menjadi acuan kerja bersama seluruh pihak, yaitu PIC Creative Space, pihak penyewa, vendor atau mitra kerja lainnya.
  9. PIC Creative Space tidak bertanggung jawab atas perubahan yang dilakukan di luar hasil technical meeting.
F. LOADING IN
  1. Biaya loading in dan jam loading in : 
    • Loading in shift 1 mulai pukul 18.00 – 23.00 WIB (durasi 5 jam), dan dikenakan biaya Rp 1.500.000,- per loading.
    • Loading in shift 2 mulai pukul 23.00 – 04.00 WIB (durasi 5 jam), dan dikenakan biaya Rp 1.500.000,- per loading.
    • Add-ons atau overtime loading in dikenakan biaya Rp 500.000,- per jam.
  2. Loading in shift 1 dan shift 2 akan dihitung setelah event berakhir pada hari loading in tersebut. 
  3. Selama proses loading in berlangsung, tidak diperbolehkan untuk menyalakan AC dan peralatan lainnya seperti; multimedia, lighting dan sound system yang terdapat di PIC Creative Space.
  4. Listrik lampu atau alat penerangan akan menyala sesuai dengan kesepakatan jam loading in.
  5. Jadwal loading in yang sudah di booking untuk melakukan loading in tidak dapat DIBATALKAN / DI-RESCHEDULE / DI-REFUND dengan alasan apapun, kecuali jika terjadi keadaan kahar (force majeure).
  6. Jika invoice loading in sudah dikeluarkan dan dikirimkan ke pihak penyewa, maka sudah tidak dapat DIBATALKAN / DI-RESCHEDULE / DI-REFUND. Mohon untuk memastikan dengan cermat kebutuhan loading in sebelum invoice diterbitkan.
G. PAJAK
  1. PIC Creative Space / PT Pilar Inspirasi Citra merupakan perusahaan NON PKP yang tidak menerbitkan Faktur Pajak (PPN).
  2. ⁠Penyerahan atau penerimaan bukti pembayaran pajak diterima atau diberikan oleh PIC Creative Space kepada pihak penyewa paling lambat setiap tanggal 20 di bulan berikutnya setelah pihak penyewa melakukan pembayaran.
H. DILARANG MEROKOK, MEMBAWA SENJATA TAJAM & NARKOTIKA
  1. Tidak diperbolehkan merokok, vaping atau menggunakan produk sejenis di seluruh area PIC Creative Space dan lingkungan Gedung Wisma Staco.
  2. Tidak diperbolehkan membawa, menggunakan dan menyimpan senjata tajam di seluruh area PIC Creative Space dan lingkungan Gedung Wisma Staco.
  3. Tidak diperbolehkan membawa, menggunakan dan menyimpan narkotika serta zat terlarang lainnya di seluruh area PIC Creative Space dan lingkungan Gedung Wisma Staco.
  4. Pihak penyewa wajib menginformasikan ketentuan “DILARANG MEROKOK, MEMBAWA SENJATA TAJAM & NARKOTIKA” kepada seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam event seperti; peserta, panitia, tamu, narasumber, event organizer, vendor atau mitra kerja lainnya.
  5. Jika didapati ada individu yang merokok, vaping, atau melakukan aktivitas sejenis di area PIC Creative Space, maka pihak penyewa akan dikenakan denda sebesar Rp 500.000 per orang. Tanggung jawab sepenuhnya berada pada pihak penyewa, bukan individu yang melanggar. Pihak Gedung Wisma Staco berhak mengambil tindakan sesuai kebijakan mereka.
  6. Jika didapati ada individu yang membawa, menggunakan dan menyimpan senjata tajam di area PIC Creative Space, maka PIC Creative Space berhak untuk melakukan penyitaan barang dan pihak Gedung Wisma Staco berhak bertindak sesuai kebijakannya.
  7. Jika didapati ada individu yang membawa, menggunakan dan menyimpan narkotika serta zat terlarang lainnya, maka PIC Creative Space berhak melakukan penyitaan barang, dan pihak Gedung Wisma Staco berhak bertindak sesuai kebijakannya.
  8. PIC Creative Space akan mengeluarkan invoice untuk DENDA dan wajib dibayarkan sebelum pihak penyewa meninggalkan venue.
  9. Gedung Wisma Staco sudah menyiapkan area merokok di bagian belakang gedung (area selasar), sehingga seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam event wajib merokok di area yang telah disediakan. Gedung Wisma Staco berhak mengambil tindakan sesuai kebijakannya jika didapati ada yang merokok di luar area yang ditentukan.
I. BIAYA KEBERSIHAN, F&B
  1. Jika pihak penyewa memesan F&B (catering, buffet, nasi box, coffee break, snack prasmanan, snack box, dll) dari PIC Creative Space, maka biaya kebersihan tidak akan dikenakan.
  2. Jika pihak penyewa memesan F&B (catering, buffet, nasi box, snack prasmanan, snack box, dll) dari luar, maka akan dikenakan biaya kebersihan sebagai berikut :
    • Membawa catering dan buffet : Rp 500.000,- per ruangan.
    • Membawa nasi box, snack prasmanan dan snack box : Rp 300.000,- per ruangan.
  3. Makanan dan minuman yang dilarang masuk ke area PIC Creative Space : 
    • Kopi dan teh dalam bentuk apapun (sachet, botol, cup, boiler), kecuali dari KRÝO CAFÉSTORE.
    • Croissant dan cookies, kecuali dari KRÝO CAFÉSTORE.
    • Pihak penyewa wajib menginformasikan ketentuan “MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG DILARANG MASUK KE AREA PIC CREATIVE SPACE” ini kepada seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam event seperti; peserta, panitia, tamu, narasumber, event organizer, vendor atau mitra kerja lainnya.
  4. Tidak dikenakan biaya kebersihan jika F&B tidak dikonsumsi di dalam ruangan. Namun, pihak penyewa wajib menginformasikan kepada seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam event mengenai ketentuan “DILARANG MAKAN & MINUM DI DALAM RUANGAN, KECUALI FREE FLOW MINERAL WATER & KRÝO CAFÉSTORE” 
  5. Pihak penyewa dan vendor atau mitra kerja lainnya wajib menjaga kebersihan selama berada di seluruh area PIC Creative Space dan lingkungan Gedung Wisma Staco.
J. TATA TERTIB PENGGUNAAN AREA PIC CREATIVE SPACE
  1. Persiapan atau loading in & clear area atau loading out termasuk dalam jam sewa yang sudah di booking melalui website.
  2. Daya listrik yang disediakan oleh PIC Creative Space adalah sebesar 8.000 WATT (FOV) untuk digunakan oleh pihak penyewa tanpa opsi penambahan daya atau penggunaan genset.
  3. Wajib menjaga kebersihan di seluruh area Gedung Wisma Staco.
  4. Dilarang membawa, memindahkan, dan mengubah peralatan dan perlengkapan milik PIC Creative Space.
  5. Dilarang:
    1. Merusak, memaku dan menempelkan sesuatu yang meninggalkan bekas di seluruh area PIC Creative Space dan Gedung Wisma Staco.
    2. Meninggalkan atau membuang spanduk dan papan bunga di tempat sampah PIC Creative Space atau Gedung Wisma Staco.
    3. Memasak di seluruh area PIC Creative Space atau Gedung Wisma Staco.
    4. Menggunakan nama, nomor dan alamat PIC Creative Space untuk kepentingan pribadi (pengiriman paket dan makanan) tanpa adanya informasi dan kesepakatan dengan PIC Creative Space.
  6. PIC Creative Space tidak memperbolehkan pihak penyewa dan vendor atau mitra kerja lainnya melakukan penitipan barang dalam bentuk apapun untuk diletakkan di dalam atau di luar ruangan sebelum atau sesudah jam sewa yang telah di booking melalui website.
  7. Pihak penyewa bersama vendor atau mitra kerja lainnya wajib mematuhi tata tertib dan peraturan yang berlaku di PIC Creative Space.
